Built in 1981 on four and a half acres of Park Shore beachfront, Esplanade Club has quietly defined Gulf-front elegance for over forty years.
The Building
The first of its kind in Naples.
When Esplanade Club opened in 1981, glass elevators rising through a tropically landscaped central atrium were unprecedented in Naples — creating the feeling of living within a garden suspended above the Gulf of Mexico.
Eighteen residential floors hold just 122 homes, with seven residences per floor. Each one, from 1900-over 2900 sq ft, is oriented to the water, so the Gulf is present from the moment you walk through the door.

Park Shore Development History
An enclave of lasting value.
Park Shore is one of Naples' most coveted coastal neighborhoods — a master-planned community framed by the Gulf on one side and Venetian Bay on the other. Esplanade sits in a rare “second position,” moments from both the sand and the boulevard.
A private 1.3-mile beachfront promenade, a resident-only beach park, and the boutiques of Venetian Village are all within an easy stroll.
